Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

Since the ₹99 service fee is for a digital service (resume generation) that is delivered immediately or upon processing, no refunds will be provided once the payment is successful.

2. Cancellation

You can choose not to proceed with the payment after filling the form. However, once payment is processed, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

3. Exceptional Cases

In case of duplicate payments or technical errors where the service was not rendered despite payment, please contact us at info@seheif.org with the transaction ID.
